Your contributions help us support our community by providing affordable, refurbished bicycles and offering educational programs. To ensure a smooth donation process, please review our guidelines below:

Donation Hours and Location

• Drop-off Hours: Please bring your bike donations during our open hours only:

  • Wednesday: 5 PM - 9 PM

• Custom Drop Off or Pick-Up: Please contact us if you're unable to drop your bike off during our normal hours.

• Drop-off Location: Donations can be made at our main entrance located at 1441 N Michigan St. Please do not leave bikes outside during non-open hours, as this can lead to theft or damage.

Acceptable Donations

• Bicycles: We accept most types of bicycles in any condition. Whether it's a road bike, mountain bike, hybrid, or kids' bike, your donation will be put to good use.

• Condition: While we can accept bikes in various states of repair, we kindly ask that you:

  • Ensure bikes are free from excessive mud, debris, and dirt.

  • Perform a basic wipe-down if the bike is particularly dirty.

Non-Acceptable Items

• We do not accept non-bicycle items such as:

  • Scooters

  • Skateboards

  • Rollerblades

  • Any other non-bike related equipment

Additional Guidelines

• Parts and Accessories: We do accept bike parts and accessories in good condition, including:

  • Wheels and tires

  • Handlebars

  • Saddles

  • Bike tools

  • Helmets
